If you're pitching clients in the real estate space (brokers, investors, developers, proptech founders, mortgage experts, real estate coaches) you don't need to chase the biggest shows.

Mid-sized podcasts (roughly 1K-25K listeners per episode) are often the sweet spot for PR outreach:

  • More accessible — Hosts are actively looking for great guests
  • More likely to book — Less competition, faster response times
  • More engaged audiences — Listeners are passionate, not passive

This list features 100 real estate podcasts that regularly interview guests on topics like investing, flipping, property management, commercial real estate, market analysis, and building a real estate business.

What We Mean by "Real Estate"

This isn't a standard podcast category you'll find on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.

"Real Estate" is a Podseeker category — one we created based on how PR professionals actually target shows for guest placements.

Apple Podcasts puts real estate content under "Business" alongside SaaS, marketing, and finance podcasts. That's too broad. A PR pro pitching a commercial real estate developer needs entirely different shows than someone pitching a residential flipping coach or a proptech founder. They all work in real estate, but their audiences, guest expectations, and editorial angles have almost no overlap.

We looked at the types of clients being pitched (real estate investors, commercial developers, residential brokers, property managers, mortgage lenders, proptech founders, real estate coaches, and authors of books on wealth building through property) and grouped podcasts accordingly. The result is a category built around audience interest and client fit, not platform taxonomy.

Podseeker has over 4,000 podcasts tagged under Real Estate. It's a more focused category than Leadership or Wellness, which means the shows you find here are genuinely about real estate, not just shows that mentioned property once.

You won't find this filter in generic podcast directories. It exists because we're focused specifically on podcast outreach for guest bookings, so our categorization reflects how PR pros actually work.

How to Use This List

Don't pitch all 100 at once.

This list is a starting point for discovery. The real workflow looks like this:

1. Filter for fit

Scan this list for shows that align with your client's expertise. Not every real estate podcast is right for every real estate client. A multifamily syndicator and a luxury residential agent and a proptech CEO all need different shows. Look for alignment between your client's specific market, deal type, and expertise level and the show's audience.

2. Check recent episodes

Before pitching, confirm the show is still active and see what topics they've covered recently. A quick listen tells you more than any description. Real estate podcasts are especially sensitive to market conditions, so pitching a "how to invest in a downturn" guest to a show currently covering bullish markets won't land.

3. Start with a focused batch

Pick 10-15 shows that feel like strong fits. Pitch those first. Track responses.

4. Refine your approach

If you're not getting replies, adjust. Maybe the pitch angle isn't landing. Maybe the client profile needs sharpening. Real estate podcast hosts value deal experience and specific numbers. Lead with concrete metrics: "$50M in commercial transactions," "200 units under management," "flipped 30 houses in 2025." Vague positioning like "experienced real estate professional" won't stand out.

5. Expand when you have signal

Once you're seeing consistent responses, expand to more shows from the list. You'll pitch with more confidence because you know what's working.

These Filters Are Native in Podseeker

Everything on this list is available inside Podseeker's podcast database — and you can filter dynamically.

Filter by category: Select "Real Estate" (or any of our 200+ PR-focused categories) to see shows that match your client type. Related categories you might also explore: Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership.

Filter by audience size: Target mid-sized shows specifically. Start with the accessible range, then expand as you refine your pitch.

Filter by guest format: Only see shows that actually interview external guests.

Filter by activity: Only see shows that are actively publishing.

From there, you can:

  • Add shows to a media list
  • Pitch directly from Podseeker
  • Track every conversation in your pitch inbox
  • Schedule follow-ups that auto-pause if the host replies
  • Adjust your pitch and client profile until you hit a consistent booking cadence

This isn't a static list you export to a spreadsheet. It's the starting point for a managed outreach workflow.

For guidance on crafting pitches that land, read our guide on podcast pitch examples and templates.

Each Show Below Includes:

  • Host name — Who you're pitching
