How is Podseeker different from a simple podcast database?
Podseeker is a complete outreach platform, not just a list of podcasts. It unifies your entire workflow—from finding active shows to drafting authentic pitches and tracking campaign results—so you can replace your scattered stack of tools.
Will your AI pitches sound robotic?
Never. We built an "AI Co-pilot", not an autopilot. Our AI learns from your unique voice and custom templates. You always have 100% final approval on every email, and every pitch sends directly from your own address, protecting your reputation.
How do you ensure your podcast data is accurate?
We use a mix of AI-driven daily scans and a human research team to focus on what matters: active podcasts with verified contacts. This means you stop wasting time on dormant shows and dead ends.
Can my whole team use Podseeker?
Absolutely. Podseeker is designed for team collaboration. Everyone you invite to your organization gets access to a shared workspace where you can build and manage your Media Lists together. While the Campaign Dashboard currently shows the pitches you've personally sent, collaborating on your lists is the best way to coordinate targets and prevent duplicate outreach.
Plans, Trials & Billing
How does the free trial work? Do I need a credit card?
Our 3-day free trial gives you full, unlimited access to the entire platform. Yes, a credit card is required to choose a plan and start your trial. You will not be charged until your trial ends, and you can cancel with one click at any time before then.
What counts as a "Contact Pitched"?
This is the number of new campaigns you can start each month. Follow-ups and replies within the same campaign thread do not count towards your limit, so a long conversation with one podcast only counts as one.
Can I change my plan or cancel at any time?
Yes. Podseeker is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your service will continue until the end of your current paid period.
How can I update my payment info or see my invoices?
You can manage all your billing details, including updating your credit card and downloading past invoices, in our secure Stripe Customer Portal. You can access the portal from your account settings page.
Data for Platforms
Do you offer a data license for other apps or platforms?
Yes. We offer an annual license for our continuously updated dataset of 170k+ active podcasts. This is a separate "data-as-a-service" product for companies who need a reliable, professional-grade dataset for their own platform, app, or internal research.
What's included in the dataset? Can I get a sample?
The dataset includes podcast names, descriptions, listener estimates, social links, and direct, human-verified contacts for hosts and producers. To get a curated sample and a custom quote, please fill out our contact form and select "Data Partnerships."
