Booking Intelligence on Every Podcast

Know what each show is looking for, before you pitch.

Every podcast profile surfaces the qualification data PR pros usually have to dig for: how selective the show is, what kind of guest they want, and who they've recently booked.

On every podcast profile:

  • Booking difficulty (very low to very high)
  • Typical credentials they expect from guests
  • Recent guests and the topics they discussed

Qualify before you commit. Pitch the shows where you actually fit.

Podcast Database FAQs

How big is the database?

Big enough to cover any niche your clients need. We index all active podcasts that meet our quality bar: real shows with real episodes and reachable contacts. We don't pad the number with dead feeds, AI-generated shows, or feeds that haven't published in years. The result is a database that's smaller on paper than some competitors but far more useful in practice: fewer dead ends, more pitchable shows.

Does Podseeker include AI-generated podcasts?

No. AI-generated podcasts are flooding podcast directories but are almost never pitchable, there's no human host to book with, and audiences are often artificially inflated. Podseeker filters them out so your search results show human-hosted, active podcasts. If one slips through, let us know and we'll remove it.

What's different about Podseeker's contact data?

Most podcast databases surface a show's generic inbox (info@, hello@, or a contact form). Podseeker goes deeper and surfaces verified emails for hosts and producers, the people who actually decide who comes on the show. Direct outreach to a named person produces better response rates than emailing a generic inbox.

How is the contact data verified?

We verify contacts through multiple layers: continuous automated website crawling, third-party data sources for triangulation, and email verification through a trusted verification platform. When you request a new enrichment on a show, our system researches it on demand and surfaces the team behind it.

Can I search for very niche topics?

Yes. Podseeker's topics are built for guest-booking intent, not generic content classification. You can search for niches like DJ, nervous system (1,700+ shows), burnout (3,800+ shows), book promotion, CEO interviews, masculinity, geopolitics, and more. If you're searching the way PR pros think when placing clients, the topic is probably there.

What does "booking difficulty" mean?

Booking difficulty is our assessment of how selective a podcast is about guests. It ranges from very low (open to most pitches) to very high (only books established experts with significant credentials). This helps you prioritize realistically.

What is Client Fit?

When you open a podcast profile, Podseeker scores how well each of your clients matches that show: Excellent, Good, Weak, or Poor. Matched topics are highlighted so you can see exactly why one client fits and another doesn't. It helps you decide which client to pitch before you write anything.

What are Recommended Podcasts?

Each client profile surfaces matched shows automatically. Podcasts you've already pitched are removed, so the list stays fresh. Recommended Podcasts is part of the pitching workflow in Podseeker. See how it works →

What's included in the CSV export?

Exports include podcast name, host name(s), verified host and producer emails, audience size, location, topics, booking difficulty, RSS feed, and more. Available on Grow and Scale plans.

Is this just a database, or can I pitch from it?

Both. Podseeker connects the database directly to a full pitching workflow. Build media lists from search, create personalized pitches from your own email, and track every conversation. Most users do everything inside Podseeker without switching tools.
