About us - A NOTE from the team

Built for thoughtful podcast outreach

Why We’re Building Podseeker

Podcast outreach is not a numbers game.

It’s a relationship business.

But for years, the tools around podcast PR pushed professionals in the opposite direction. More volume. More automation. More dashboards optimized for activity instead of outcomes.

We didn’t believe that was the right way to do this work.

Podseeker started with a simple conviction: great podcast bookings come from relevance, context, and follow-through, not from blasting pitches into the void.

PR professionals already know how to do the hard part.

They know how to research.
They know how to frame a story.
They know how to build trust.

What they didn’t have was a system that respected that craft.

Built for how PR actually works

We’re not trying to turn podcast outreach into sales automation. Podseeker is intentionally designed around how thoughtful PR is done in the real world:

- Research first, not lists pulled at random
- Pitches written in your own voice, reviewed before sending
- Clear follow-ups instead of inbox anxiety
- Context preserved from first contact to final outcome

Nothing sends without intent.
Nothing gets “lost” because it wasn’t tracked.
Nothing forces you to trade quality for speed.

We optimize for clarity, not volume.

What we don’t optimize for

Just as important as what we build is what we deliberately avoid.

Podseeker is not built for:

- Mass outreach or spray-and-pray pitching
- Fully automated emails sent without review
- Vanity metrics like “emails sent” or “open rate at all costs”

Your reputation matters.
The relationships you build matter.
The work should feel calm, not frantic.

How we build

Podseeker is shaped by real workflows, not assumptions. We spend an unusual amount of time:

- Watching how customers actually use the product
- Listening to where things feel confusing or fragile
- Improving the system while documenting it
- Treating support conversations as product input

Many of the improvements you see started as a single user question.

That’s intentional.
