The Leaders Way, hosted by Brandon Nappi, is a theology- and spirituality-forward leadership show that brings in respected scholars and creative or thought leaders to explore faith, inner life, and modern innovation in the Church. It’s a strong platform for voices who can connect spirituality and leadership practices with real-world human flourishing.

Credible leaders or scholars with a theology/spirituality/leadership nexus—often academics (theory or applied research), respected authors/speakers, and public-facing figures who can articulate spiritual practice and leadership implications. Guests may also come from adjacent fields (psychology, creativity, wellbeing) when framed through spiritual and leadership formation.
