The Burden

Jessica Lussenhop, Maggie Freleng

Booking Overview

This serialized true-crime documentary investigates criminal justice, wrongful convictions, police corruption, and the human stories behind major cases, using firsthand participants, insiders, and case witnesses as external voices. Credible pitches would include investigative journalists, criminal justice attorneys, former law-enforcement personnel, exonerees, incarcerated people, and other individuals with direct knowledge of a compelling case; booking is likely medium difficulty because editorial fit and firsthand access matter more than celebrity status.
