Hold On: Is That Really Christian?

Kendra Weddle, Kim Batchelor

Booking Overview

This Christianity-focused interview podcast examines current issues and popular beliefs through a progressive Christian lens, typically featuring clergy, church leaders, interfaith advocates, and mission or social-justice practitioners alongside the hosts. PR agencies could credibly pitch religious leaders, community advocates, and experts on Christian ethics, interfaith relations, missions, and social justice; booking difficulty is likely low because guests are generally accessible local or regional professionals rather than highly prominent public figures.

Episode 3.23 Loving Our Muslim Neighbors

September 29, 2026

Both Rev. Julie Harding and Kim Batchelor participated in witnesses at mosques to support the Muslim community during their time of prayer  on September 11. The attacks on one of two other faiths that are part of the Abrahamic tradition have been horrific, but there were opportunities for dialogue with some of the protestors at the mosques, those who adhere to "Christian" nationalism. There's still much more to do.Enjoyed this episode? Connect with us some more at Northaven.org...
