Casey Kaufhold and Gaius Carter came into the CAM studio to talk about their performances at the 2026 World Archery World Field Championships in Yankton, S.D., where they won a truckload of medals. For both, it was their first time competing in the world field championships, but Kaufhold had never shot a field round before last year. Carter has a wealth of field experience, since he competes int he NFAA National Field Championships every year.

It was Veit's first-ever win as a pro, since he started competing in the ASA's Known Pro division at the start of the 2025 season.
