Hi everyone! Our names are Simona and Nadia, and we are two high school students dealing with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. We are here to support and empower other individuals through they're journey, or even just to educate on such an important topic! Each episode will explore different topics to help navigate this crazy journey as we share our own. If you are newly diagnosed or have had it for a long time, our goal is to be honest, authentic, and share our optimism! We also want to thank you for listening to our podcast!
