Podseeker Product Updates: Direct Email, Pitch Tracking & More

Alright, let's talk about the real grind of podcast PR. You spend hours using a great podcast search to find the perfect shows. You dig through a podcast database to qualify them. You figure out how to contact podcast hosts. You even use some solid podcast pitch examples to craft a message that doesn't suck.

Then what?

The chaos begins. You're copying and pasting into your email client. You're manually updating a spreadsheet to remember who you pitched and when. You're trying to track opens and follow-ups from your cluttered inbox. It's a momentum killer, and it's where great outreach campaigns fall apart.

We’ve heard this frustration from hundreds of PR pros. So, we've been busy fixing it. This post covers our latest major feature releases.

June 2025 Update: Direct Email Integration & Pitch Tracking

I'm thrilled to share our latest major feature update: direct email integration with Google and Outlook, plus built-in pitch tracking, now available on all Podseeker plans.

Why Direct Email Integration Matters for PR Outreach

Sending pitches directly from your workflow tool isn't just about convenience; it's about credibility and efficiency.

  • Authenticity & Trust: When you send a pitch from Podseeker using your connected mailbox, the email lands in the host's inbox looking exactly like you sent it manually from your own Gmail or Outlook.
  • Centralized Workflow: Forget the copy-paste dance. Everything from finding a show to tracking the reply happens in one place.
  • Know What's Working: Pitch tracking lets you see who opens your emails and when. This intel is gold for timing your follow-ups.

How to Connect Your Mailbox and Start Pitching

Ready to connect? In Podseeker, go to your Account page, click the Mailboxes tab, and then click Link Google Account or Link Outlook Account. Follow the secure on-screen prompts.

Once you've found a show, click Create Pitch, generate a personalized draft, edit it with your unique angle, and click Send pitch. After sending, head over to the Emails section to see the status of every pitch: sent, opened, and replied.
