Description

What happens when you're the threat to your own survival. Making ourselves a priority by addressing the threats that come from within starts the conversation. A podcast focused on caring and improving the lives for those that give of themselves when there is nothing left to give. Although the program is primarily centered around the first responder, the life lessons and struggles are universal in nature. The program addresses and looks to improve the lives of first responders by addressing our personal, professional, financial, physical and mental health. Historically difficult conversations to have are normalized and stigmas associated with asking for help are removed.
