HOW IT WORKS

Search, pitch, and follow-up

Find the right shows, write the pitch your way, and email a real person, not a generic inbox.
The Database

The database built for outreach, not browsing.

Most podcast databases optimize for size. Podseeker optimizes for reach: the emails that actually land, and the context to know which shows to pitch.

Host & producer emails

Direct emails for the people behind the show, not the generic info@. Deep enrichment searches the web to find it on demand.

Booking intelligence

How selective a show is, who they've booked recently, and whether they're responding to pitches now.

200+ outreach topics

Search and filter by the topics PR pros actually use, like resilience, book promotion, and CEO interviews. Not iTunes categories.

Similar podcasts

Find related shows from any podcast. One good show leads to ten more.

Audience data

Listener count, location, gender skew, and demographics, so you target the right shows.

Export lists

CSV exports with emails, host info, audience data, demographics, and more.
Pitch Your Way

Two ways to write. Both in your control.

Some tools auto-write and auto-send pitches for you. Podseeker doesn't. You write the template; you choose how much the AI does.

Smart templates. Write instructions in plain language and AI fills them in for each show. For example:

Hi {{host_name}}, I'd be a good fit because {{ find one thing my background shares with this show's topic }}.

The AI reads each podcast and writes that line custom, so every pitch is genuinely personalized, not find-and-replace.

Mail merge templates. Prefer your exact words, every time? Use simple fields like {{host_name}} and {{podcast_name}}. No AI, no rewriting, just your pitch with the right name dropped in.

Either way, you review every draft before it sends. Pitch one show or a whole list at once.

FAQ

Questions & Answers

How is Podseeker different from other podcast databases?

Most databases optimize for size: millions of shows, many dormant, many with only a generic info@ inbox. Podseeker optimizes for outreach. You get real host and producer emails, booking intelligence, and the tools to pitch and follow up, all in one place.

How accurate are the emails?

We verify through continuous website crawling, third-party sources, and email validation, and we refresh as contacts go stale. For shows where we don't have a direct email yet, enrichment finds one on demand. No database is perfect, but we invest heavily in keeping emails current and usable.

What is email enrichment?

A deep research pass that finds the direct emails of a show's hosts and producers, instead of the generic inbox. It searches the web and team pages, then verifies what it finds. Available on demand when a direct email isn't already on file.

Will AI send pitches automatically?

No. AI helps you draft and personalize, but nothing sends without your review and approval. You control every word that goes to a host.

Can I pitch from my own email?

Yes. Connect Gmail or Outlook, and every pitch comes from your real address. Replies land in your inbox, and hosts see your name, not a platform.

What's the difference between AI templates and mail merge?

Two ways to write, depending on how much you want the AI to do. With smart templates, you write instructions in plain language and the AI fills them in for each show (for example, a line connecting your background to the show's topic). With mail merge, you write your exact words and simple fields like the host's name get dropped in, no AI, no rewriting. You can use whichever fits each pitch.

What is Client Fit?

When you open a podcast, Podseeker scores how well each of your clients matches that show: Excellent, Good, Weak, or Poor Fit. It helps you pitch the right client to the right show.

What are Recommended Podcasts?

On Grow plans and above, each client profile surfaces matched shows, refreshed weekly. The list only includes shows you haven't pitched yet, and each comes with a fit score and a short reason it's a match.

What is Pitch Score?

Every draft gets a score based on how well it's tailored to the show and host. Think of it as a second set of eyes before you send.

How do follow-ups work?

Schedule follow-ups for any date. They pause automatically when a host replies, so there are no awkward double-sends. You can also snooze a show that's busy and revisit it later. Follow-ups are unlimited on every plan, only first pitches count toward your quota.

Can I manage multiple clients?

Yes. Create client profiles, assign pitches per client, and track conversations across campaigns. Your team can share lists, pitches, clients, notes, templates, and threads in one workspace.

Can I export data?

Yes. Grow and Scale plans include CSV exports with emails, host info, audience data, and booking intelligence. Export from any list.

What plans do you offer?

Plans start at $49/month. Higher tiers (Grow and Scale) add recommended podcasts, CSV exports, more topics, and higher monthly pitch limits. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.

Is there an API?

Yes. The same verified emails, enrichment, and podcast data are available programmatically for developers, agents, and apps. See the Podcast API.

How does the free trial work?

3-day free trial with full access. A card is required, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.
