We know self defense isn't just physical and we also know safety isn't one size fits all. We will dive into topics such as how to feel more safe on a daily basis, what to do if you're ever physically attacked, confidence, friendships, relationships, health and nutrition, dating, girl talk and how you can feel more safe, confident and independent.
